- Restructuring of production works, located in Germany, for varnished synthetic components with "high finishing flexibility" for different products.
The optimisation of: material flows, workplace design, automation, transport systematics, production control, and the introduction of: a Human Resources Information System and a Kanban Control Process for small parts.
- Industrialisation of the foaming and assembly processes, taking into account the principles of Lean Production
For this project, tifferent finishing islands were created in an existing production hall and responsibility for layout optimisation and the supported transfer were exercised right up to the production run-up stage.
Apart from the analysis of the work processes, time deadlines were established for the “Multiple Machine Service Finishing Method“, and supported up to the point of their realisation.
Furthermore, a "Systematic System for easy Tool Changing“ was created, by which it was possible to change variational work tools quickly and safely.
- Industrialisation of an Instrument Panel (OPEL Corsa)
In an existing production hall, the complete layout (machine establishment plan, material flow plan and even the entire transport logistics) was re-planned. The production operations were transferred to the "interlinked business" with the highest system availablity.
With the extraction technology, product-specific characteristics and quality demands were also observed.
Apart from the delivery, the work involved the co-ordination of production systems, and process optimisation was carried out for individual finishing technologies right up to the production stage.
